Welcome to Pole Divas Level 1!
Taught by Summer of PDX Pole Divas!
These 4 week sessions of classes enable you to fully
advance in the art of pole dancing. Each week
includes new moves, including pole tricks,
transitions, wall work and floor work, which
build upon the earlier lessons.
Never tried pole dancing before? No worries!
99% of my students have never even touched a pole!
You will get the basics down in the first session,
you WILL get stronger and you will start feeling
good about the way your body moves!
With every 4 week session, students can expect to
learn more advanced pole & floor moves, due to
the strengthening and conditioning of their bodies.
Every shape, size and age and can do this!
After you session is over, you can choose to either continue on in the same level "Routine" class or move straight to the next level TRIX! Ultimate custimization!
Don’t be shy! This is a great way to get fit,
lose some weight and tone up, all while having FUN!!!
My classes are fun and lighthearted…yet sensual.
You will learn to move your body in the way it was meant to!
Sessions are 4 weeks long, 1 hour 15 minutes, 1 time per week.
We have 6 poles and classes will be limited to an
intimate 5 woman max, so everyone gets their own pole!
This studio is beatifully lit to help conceal any "flaws" you may feel you have! So no need to be shy!

What to wear:
Please do NOT wear lotions, oils or perfumes.
Please DO wear deoderant
Please do wear at a minimum "boy shorts" and a bra or small top, at a maximum Yoga pants and Tshirt. Please do not wear baggy shirts. Most students wear capris or shorts and tank tops, you do work up a sexy sweat!
Barefeet or ballet slippers, heels will be introduced 3 weeks into the session. I have a catalog of shoes for you to order at a great discount! Please no "street" heels, they must be "stripper" shoes, as regular heels are just too slippery and can be dangerous!
Bring a pair of tube socks with the feet cut out or leg warmers to cover your knees during floor work to help you slide and to help protect your knees from too much bruising. Feel free to put padding in them! We also carry some great thigh high socks that fold over your knees beatifully! It's what I use!
And most important, bring a smiling face and happy attitude! You will get all the encouragement you need, you CAN and WILL do this!
